We have always been open to learn from every small thing we have been able to notice and have imbibed into our process. Though we have a process framework, it is always customized keeping our customers requirement in view. We make a sincere attempt to add value by continuously improving the process.

The success of any project delivery lies in the ability to identify the risks associated with it and in appropriately planning to accommodate the same. A lot of emphasis is therefore given to the project plan, which is mutually discussed with the clients before we adapt the same.

We practice a rigorous process which is time tested, and plan for the test cases, documentation and all other quality plans in tandem with the client so that the client is comfortable with the project plan. Delivery models are evolved to make it more comfortable for the client. Normally any offshore development approach has both onsite and offshore components and the composition of the same is more clients driven.

At CG-CoreEl, we have mapped our quality process to the ISO 9001:2000 and SEI CMM level 3 as a standard. We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified organization. We are in the process of getting an ISO 27001 certification.
